Best of the NW Chef’s Series are Chef Seminars that are educational and offer a delicious experience. Guests sit and relax around the Demo Kitchen, where a Chef will demonstrate and prepare 3-4 small plates. Each course will be paired with two Terra Blanca wines. You can ask questions, watch the Chef’s techniques, and learn about wine and food pairing. Chef Jonathan Holden of Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar will hold the seminar this Thursday.
